DEACONS
We are continuing the process of seeking to add new deacons. We will finish a two week sermon series today, and continue a class on Wednesday night. Beginning October 5th, our members will have two weeks to submit names of men from among us who fit the qualifications of deacons laid out in Scripture, and can serve within our areas of need. Please make every effort to participate in these teaching opportunities, and please be praying about the process.
Recordings of the sermons and classes (along with downloadable PDFs of Brad’s sermon notes) are now available on our website at stcchurch.org/deacons. If you would like a CD recording of the sermons, let Joyce or Brad know.
INVITATION RESPONSE
Michaela Hinkle came forward on Sunday night requesting prayers for some spiritual struggles she has been experiencing. Let’s be sure to encourage her and pray for her.
UPCOMING WEDNESDAY CLASSES
On Wednesday, we will be discussing the work of deacons as we seek to appoint new men to work with us. Please be here to be a part of these conversations and studies.
HELP MOVING

OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE
